District 4 spans Vallejo's downtown, the Mare Island peninsula, and the neighborhoods surrounding Lake Chabot. Our district sits along the Mare Island Strait waterfront and includes the areas north of Curtola Parkway and west of Sonoma Blvd, with Marine World Pkwy marking its northern edge.
